Simon has been tackling complex, mixed-use residential projects from DIALOG’s Toronto studio since 2014. He thrives on solving problems with his design skills and applying these solutions to a broad range of projects. Whether low or high-density spaces, Simon can unlock the potential of each site and fuse the visions of our clients and city planners into one robust solution.
Simon is known for his personal, collaborative approach to design. He is a skilled leader who works seamlessly with other disciplines as well as across diverse stakeholder groups. His recent projects include master planning and transforming significant developments into multi-phase livable communities.
Ottawa's Heron Gate project is just one example of Simon's dedication to achieving community wellbeing. Other examples include large master plan community developments in Mississauga, Vaughan, and Markham, as well as several infill high-density mixed-use developments in downtown Toronto and North York.
Simon comes to work excited to collaborate with his teams and discover new project solutions. He oversees all aspects of his projects, providing consistent and strategic directions to his team. Simon is a dedicated principal who attends and facilitates all key team meetings and events. He is committed to offering effective leadership and delivering outstanding results.

DIALOG is a multidisciplinary design practice with over 650 people practicing from studios in San Francisco, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto. Their team includes architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and landscape architects. Their work includes designing for community wellbeing and urban vibrancy, health and wellness, transportation, education, arts and culture, residential, retail and commercial, as well as mixed-use solutions incorporating an increasing number of these.
